Week 7–8: Building the Business Case
Create financial projections, implementation plans and stakeholder buy-in.
Week 9: Leading Change
Understand how to secure support and drive adoption within the business.
Week 10: Final Pitch
Present a fully developed opportunity and implementation plan to a panel of senior leaders and stakeholders.
Practical Use of AI and Technology
Technology and AI are embedded throughout the programme—not as standalone topics, but as tools to improve productivity, generate insight, strengthen decision-making, and accelerate growth.
