Supporting Businesses With Aspirations For Growth
Accelerate South & East Lincolnshire 10×10 utilises the highly successful 10×10 Business Accelerator framework and provides growth minded businesses with an opportunity to develop key skills. Designed and Developed by the industry leaders, Greenborough Management, 10×10 offers growth potential to businesses at any age, sector or type.
The programme will start online 10th May 2024, businesses based in the South and East Lincolnshire Council areas are invited to join this unique programme. The first of its kind in the region, businesses can expect to attend workshops and webinars that touch on key aspects of business fundamentals. From finance, to marketing, business plans to goal setting, delegates can expect to remap their business’s journey.
The 10-week structured programme promotes peer support, offers access to a mentor and practical guidance to shape the future of your business.
The finale of the programme will take place 15 July with a live pitch final.
Accelerate south & East Lincolnshire overview
Eligible businesses can expect to find:
- An assigned mentor for the duration of the programme – typically committing to an hour per week support over the 10 week duration.
- Weekly Workshop on a specific business skill or competence from a sector specialist.
- Workshops will take place each Friday, online between 10am and 1pm.
- Masterclasses throughout the programme – a sector specific or unique interest guest speaker will join for an informal Q&A session to share experience and advice.
- Programme Pitch Finale – A live “demo session” in front of an invited audience with each beneficiary pitching their business to a panel for prizes.
We are looking for growth orientated businesses that are looking to grow and scale.
The programme is open to businesses from the South and East Lincolnshire areas. Eligible businesses can be from any sector, and at any stage of business growth. Successful applicants will be a trading business.
Please note: Some further eligibility criteria do apply.
- The business must be trading.
- The business must be based in the South and East Lincolnshire areas
- The business should have ambitions to grow and scale the business and to build a team.
