Northern Max 3 Business Accelerator
This programme, delivered for the City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council was planned as a face-to-face programme for early stage, high growth digital and technology businesses. With the onset of the Covid-19, we were rapidly forced to pivot to an on-line delivery model.
This wasn’t simply a direct transfer from off-line to on-line. With expert academic input from professional experienced in design and delivery of on-line adult learning, we worked with our expert facilitator team, and on-boarded a digital delivery partner, to ensure that we delivered an on-line programme that provided the same levels of participant interaction, and peer learning and support, as the off-line model.
Delivered in 2019, we developed and delivered a hugely successful business accelerator programme for 10 Lincolnshire businesses. The programme was delivered over 10 consecutive weeks in a traditional face-to-face style, with support from Lincoln Science and Innovation Park and with prize funding provided by Streets Chartered Accountants and Fraser Brown Solicitors. With beneficiaries ranging from pre-start to a multi-million pound enterprise, we were able to effectively provide business and personal development support.
